SWIM
- 1.5 Kilometers (.93 Miles)
- Wave Starts: Wave #1- Men 7:00am Wave #2- Women and Teams 7:03am
- Athletes will start in the water (deep water start)
- Water Temperature (9/8/09)- 58 degrees. Wetsuits are highly recommended. Neoprene caps and booties/swim socks will be allowed
- Athletes would swim upstream, around two turn buoys, then downsteam returning to the Lake Spokane Boat Launch for exit
BIKE
- 40 Kilometers (24.8 Miles)
- The one loop out and back course is fast with a few small rolling hills
- The course is on lightly traveled roads
- The course is open to car traffic
RUN
- 10 Kilometers (6.2 Miles)
- The two loop run course will be on trails
- The course is flat and fast
- Spectator friendly
- Great views of the Spokane River
